AGE GROUP PROGRAM:

This program is designed to teach the basic fundamentals and rules

of the game aswell as develop the athletes skills to allow them to play

an intricate part of theirfuture high school programs. As our athletes

become stronger and gain better understanding of the game, more

complex strategies and conditioning are continually applied to

encourage progressive development.

WHO CAN BE A PART OF THE WATER POLO TEAM? Any STOP swimmer,

between the ages of 9-13, can participate in our STOP water polo practices.

Program is free for all swim team participants.

Program fee for Water Polo only is $100 plus a season
