About Age Group Water Polo
AGE GROUP PROGRAM: All STOP athletes, ages 9-13, are invited to
participate in our age group water polo program.
This program is designed to teach the basic fundamentals and rules of the game as
well as develop the athletes skills to allow them to play an intricate part of their
future high school programs. As our athletes become stronger and gain better
understanding of the game, more complex strategies and conditioning
are continually applied to encourage progressive development. This program
runs all year long.
